The alternative camp of The «Hellenic Cosmos» Cultural Centre, with an Easter, playful mood, gives our little friends the opportunity to spend their time creatively for six days: Holy Monday 14/4, Holy Tuesday 15/4, Holy Wednesday 16/4, Wednesday 23/4, Thursday 24/4, and Friday 25/4 of Easter, from 09:00 to 15:00.
We celebrate Easter with a rich educational program for children aged 5-12 years old. Through games, crafts, multi-thematic activities, and educational actions, our little friends will express themselves, collaborate, have fun, and create.
The program is complemented, as always, by impressive interactive screenings and films at the "Tholos", the Virtual Reality Theatre, exhibitions, as well as selected activities from the educational programs of the Museum Educators Department of the Foundation of the Hellenic World.
Summary Description
Easter has arrived… we welcome it with joy. Easter at "Hellenic Cosmos" means a return to tradition. On Holy Monday, we will explore the Easter traditions of our land and bake delicious Easter cookies. Continuing in the same spirit, on Holy Tuesday, we will create our own Easter candle and sneak into the exhibition "Is There a Solution to Everything? A Journey into the World of Ancient Greek Mathematics". On Holy Wednesday, nutrition will take center stage, and eggs will play a starring role in games and experiments. On Wednesday, along with Easter, we will celebrate the rebirth of nature and grow even fonder of its creatures, animals, and plants. On Thursday, we will wander into the world of art and the artistic universe of Salvador Dalí through the exhibition Dali Cybernetics. On Friday, we will enjoy Spring through the myths of the ancient Greeks and the fragrant flowers.
