The Foundation of the Hellenic World is looking for volunteers
As part of the volunteer internship program, the Foundation of the Hellenic World wishes to include volunteers who want to work at the «Hellenic Cosmos» Cultural Centre of the Foundation.
Volunteers will have the opportunity to become familiar with all the projects of the «Hellenic Cosmos» (exhibitions, educational programs, virtual reality screenings in the "Tholos", theatrical performances, conferences, research projects, etc.) and to gain knowledge about the activities of Charitable Foundations and Non-Profit Organizations.
In this way, volunteers will have the opportunity to gain valuable practical experience and knowledge in a pleasant environment where they can develop their skills while contributing to the rich work of the «Hellenic Cosmos».
Interested parties offer their services voluntarily to the «Hellenic Cosmos» for 3 to 6 months and at the end of the program receive a recommendation letter for the period they worked.

The «Hellenic Cosmos» Cultural Centre offers Educational Programs for children 5 to 8 years old, which are designed and implemented by the Museological-Educational Department and take place in all the fully equipped indoor and outdoor spaces of the «Hellenic Cosmos».
The “Hellenic Cosmos” welcomes the new school year with new educational programs and activities that cater to all age groups. The programs are designed and implemented by the Museum Educators Department. Children are encouraged to collaborate, observe, investigate, and create.

After the summer success and the abundant laughter it has brought to the audience, the madcap comedy by Dimitra Papadopoulou, directed by Christos Tripodis and produced by the Methexis company, continues for a little longer at the Atrium of the «Hellenic Cosmos» Cultural Centre. The role of Grandpa is played by Tasos Halkias. Alongside him are Krateros Katsoulis, Marilou Katsafadou, Dimitra Stogianni, Iro Pektesi, and Aris Antonopoulos.
We offer free participation in the 4th ten-day period (26/8-6/9) of the summer camp "Summer in the City" for families from the affected areas. Additionally, free spots are offered in the educational programs implemented at the "Hellenic Cosmos" throughout the year.
The "Hellenic Cosmos" Cultural Centre welcomes the theatrical play "The Verdict" by Barry Reed in October. Grigoris Valtinos plays the role of a resilient and incorruptible lawyer in a dark and complex case. Following the huge success of Gregory Xenopoulos's "Contessa Valeraina", Petros Zoulias undertakes to direct a deeply social judicial drama in an ambitious production by the Foundation of the Hellenic World and Theasis Cultural Actions.
The Foundation of the Hellenic World (FHW) was honored with the Correspondents' Award "Decency 2023" at a special awards ceremony. This award is a recognition of the work of FHW, which showcases the rich Greek tradition, using the most modern technological means and keeping alive the historical memory and cultural heritage of our land.
The children's book by Zefi Syrivli, titled «Chasing the Dream», with illustrations by Marina Roussou, was recently published by the Foundation of the Hellenic World. In this book, the author explores the journey we undertake to achieve our dreams.
