Throughout the centuries, women gathered in circles, creating bonds of sisterhood and support that accompanied them through every moment of their lives—through joys and challenges. These circles offered a sacred space where each woman felt seen, heard, and deeply understood, filling her heart with a sense of belonging.

In today's world, the need for these gatherings is more essential than ever! That is why we will build a community of feminine energy, where every participation is valuable, and every emotion is accepted! Just as women did in the past, we will laugh, cry, heal, and remember the strength we have when we come together.

We invite you to a unique 2-hour journey, where we will explore a different archetype of feminine nature.

Through the power of movement, breath, meditation, and expression, we will rediscover the deep connection with our feminine energy, creating a circle of women who share, support, and grow together.

This is the place where every woman can inspire and be inspired, feel free to explore her strength, heal wounds, and rediscover her most true self—without judgment, without competition, with love and support.

The workshops, designed and guided by Vasiliki Efremoglou, include:

• Rhythmic repetitive dance movements that connect us into a collective flow of energy and rhythm
• Improvisation to express our uniqueness and surrender to the wisdom of our bodies
• Breathing exercises to ground ourselves and connect with our bodies
• Guided meditation after the dance, to integrate what we have experienced
• Coaching & Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) exercises to deepen our relationship with ourselves and our intentions
• Sharing in a circle where every voice has space and every story becomes part of the whole

Through exploring archetypes—such as the Mother, the Lover, the Wise Woman, and others—we will connect with different aspects of our femininity and discover how we can integrate their traits into our lives.
