Eucleides, a ten-year-old student who loves math and philosophy, receives a strange "gift" on his birthday, which leads him into a mystery full of "problems" and "riddles" that demand solutions. Are you ready, you and your friends, to help him?
Activities: A leaflet with educational activities inspired by the exhibition of ancient Greek mathematics. We test our observation skills as well as our ability to solve mysteries!
The educational program takes place within the exhibition "Is there a solution for everything? A journey into the world of ancient Greek mathematics" presented at the "Hellenic Cosmos" and is supplemented by a ten-minute Virtual tour with the "Inventions of Archimedes."

The "Hellenic Cosmos" Cultural Centre offers Educational Programs for children aged 5 to 8, which are designed and implemented by the Museum Education – Educational Department and take place in all fully equipped indoor and outdoor areas of the "Hellenic Cosmos".
The choir of the Foundation of the Hellenic World invites children and teenagers aged 8 to 18, who love music, to become part of a vibrant community of sound, expression, and joy under the guidance of music educator Matthia Spitadaki.
The “Hellenic Cosmos” welcomes the new school year with new educational programs and activities that cater to all age groups. The programs are designed and implemented by the Museum Educators Department. Children are encouraged to collaborate, observe, investigate, and create.

Dimitris Efraimoglou (CEO of the Foundation of the Hellenic World) speaks to Eleftheria Georgakaina about the vision behind the "Hellenic Cosmos" and how an innovative initiative managed to change the way we experience history. A vision that began with the aim of promoting Greek history and culture and evolved into a space where knowledge becomes an experience.
The Foundation of the Hellenic World (FHW) and the charitable organization of the Holy Archdiocese of Athens “Apostoli”, through the Children's Multipurpose Center “Lela Karagianni”, invite both young and old on Saturday, March 21, 2026 at 11:00 to a special open educational activity in the imposing space of the oldest residence in Athens, at the Benizelos Mansion (96 Adrianou Street, Plaka).
With great sadness we bid farewell to Thrasivoulos Giatsios, a person with deep love for culture and theatre, with vision, sensitivity and dedication to his work. He left his personal imprint on the Foundation of the Hellenic World and on those who had the fortune to collaborate with him. His absence leaves a great void. His memory, however, as well as his work and ethos, will continue to accompany us.
A Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Foundation of the Hellenic World and the International Creative Academy (ICA) of Egypt, with the aim of collaboration in the fields of creative industries, cultural innovation, and education.
On Monday, January 19, the official premiere of the historically significant work “Our Great Circus” by Iakovos Kambanellis took place, with music by Stavros Xarchakos and directed by Petros Zoulias. The play follows, in a dramatic yet humorous way, the course of Greek history, accompanied by deep emotion and numerous historical references.
The Foundation of the Hellenic World and the Hellenic Center for Cinema, Audiovisual Media and Creation - Creative Greece signed a Memorandum of Cooperation defining the framework of their joint actions in the field of digital games, creative technology, and immersive emerging technologies. The Memorandum was signed by Ms. Sofia Kounenaki Efraimoglou, Executive Vice President of the Board of Directors of the FHW, and Mr. Leonidas Christopoulos, CEO of HCCAMC – Creative Greece.
