The Foundation of the Hellenic World (FHW) utilizes the cinematic documentary as a means for disseminating Greek culture developed both within and beyond national borders. It creates productions that combine artistic imagery with historical documentation. An important role is also played by modern technology, with the use of three-dimensional digital representations of monuments that have not survived, a project of the corresponding department of FHW.
At the «Hellenic Cosmos» Cultural Centre, the following cinematic productions of the Foundation are shown by appointment:

A record of the Hellenism on the coasts of the Black Sea, with a history of twenty-five centuries. - Sea Routes - Cyprus
A one-hour journey through the island of Cyprus through historical retrospectives and personal records, highlighting its history, myths, and people. - The Ports of Porphyra
The documentary brings to life the travels of the Greeks - from the Minoan era - to Lebanon, the land of the Phoenicians and one of the most important commercial centers of the Mediterranean. - Ermogenes House
A dramatized short film of about 9 minutes duration, with entirely digital content, depicting a typical residence in Priene of the Hellenistic period. The film was awarded at the annual Archaeological Film and Video Festival "The Archaeology Channel International Film and Video Festival" in Oregon. - The Journey
The experience of the Population Exchange, as experienced by Greeks from Ayvali and Turkic Cretans from Rethymno. The documentary received the “1st İpekçi Award 2000” (co-production FHW-Maria Mavrikou). - The Olympic Games in Ancient Greece
A cinematic tour of the Olympic Games, from Prehistory to the Early Christian years, with the help of rich archaeological material and modern technology (Co-production FHW-ZEUS Consortium).
